How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?
Every plan uses wallet-based billing. Top up your wallet and pay per message. The Free plan includes 5,000 emails per month. Starter ($6.99/mo), Growth ($19.99/mo), and Scale ($49.99/mo) include increasing email quotas. Once your included emails are used up, you pay overage rates from your wallet. Top up anytime.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. When you upgrade, the new per-message rates take effect immediately for all future sends.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Free plan lets you start sending with no monthly fee and no credit card required. You get 5,000 emails per month free and only pay for additional messages you send.
What channels are included?
All plans include Email, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, and OTP verification. The per-message rate varies by channel and plan tier. AI smart routing (auto-selecting the best channel) is available on Growth and Scale plans.
Do you charge per contact?
No. Unlike many competitors, YourSend never charges per contact. Upload as many contacts as you need and you only pay for messages sent. This can save significant costs as your contact list grows.
What happens if a message fails to deliver?
Failed messages such as bounces and invalid numbers are not charged. You only pay for messages that are successfully accepted for delivery by the carrier or email provider.
How do I get support?
