1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and billing information. If you sign up through a third-party provider, we may receive profile data from that service.
1.2 Messaging Data
To provide our messaging services, we process:
- Email content and metadata — sender/recipient addresses, subject lines, message bodies, open/click events, and delivery status. Email is transmitted via Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (AWS SES).
- SMS and voice data — phone numbers, message content, delivery receipts, and call metadata. SMS and voice services are transmitted via Telnyx.
- Contact lists — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and tags you upload or create.
1.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect device information, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data when you use our dashboard. We use this to improve our service and diagnose technical issues.
1.4 Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our messaging platform
- Process and deliver your email, SMS, and voice messages through our infrastructure partners (Amazon SES and Telnyx)
- Send transactional notifications about your account (delivery reports, billing, security alerts)
- Analyze usage patterns to improve performance, reliability, and features
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service

3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with the following categories of providers, strictly to operate our service:
- Amazon Web Services (SES) — processes email messages on our behalf. Subject to the AWS Privacy Notice.
- Telnyx — processes SMS and voice communications. Subject to the Telnyx Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — hosts our database and authentication infrastructure.
- Stripe — processes payments and billing. Subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — hosts our web application.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Message logs and delivery metadata are retained for up to 90 days for operational purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@yoursend.dev.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
- Row-level security (RLS) on all database tables
- API key authentication with scoped permissions
